They told me it was low on coolant, which turned out to be my mistake—I had been checking the wrong reservoir, so I thought the coolant level was fine. That’s when they tried to scam me. They told me I needed to replace two hoses and gave me a quote. It seemed way too expensive, so I declined and took a picture of the parts they said I needed so I could buy them myself. My car broke down in the parking lot next to Midas with all the lights on--no going anywhere. They got the car in and although it went from "needs spark plugs" to needs spark plugs, coils, a gasket and more, they fixed it for me and now it gets much better gas mileage. The ladies up front helped me look for a hotel to stay at b/c it was Valentine's /President's day weekend and everything was booked. Everyone there was nice. I would go there again if I lived in the area.

Mrs. Judie-Ann does an excellent job. She works incredibly hard to make sure everything is handled in a timely manner and provides outstanding customer service. This store consistently delivers quality service, and people like her are the reason I keep coming back. They also offer fair pricing, which makes the experience even better.
